I make things real. From concept to shipping.
The escape room I designed and built in 2015 is still running. The VR training I directed for Hilti became their European reference for firestop training. The mixed reality simulator I designed with Charité and DFKI is in use today, teaching surgical knot tying. That work rarely starts with a clear brief. It starts with a stalled production, a technology nobody has translated into experience, a product a year into development that still needs a direction. My job is to find the shape and ship it.
The toolkit comes from three places: game design first, then six years of activation at VMLY&R Commerce across print, motion, and experience, then creative direction for VR and AR products at NMY Mixed Reality. Interaction logic from games, craft and speed from advertising, product thinking from XR. The newest layer is AI: a conversational campaign concept for Emirates in 2018, validated against the image recognition it relied on, and an agent based work system I designed and use every day.
Since 2022, I lecture at Hochschule Fresenius: Level Design / Gameplay and 360° Design / VR & AR. First examiner for Bachelor theses in the Media Cluster.
